Refund Policy
Understanding your rights and our commitment to fair financial education practices
At Fidecum AG businessOnline, we believe transparency matters. This policy outlines how we handle refund requests for our budget allocation methodology courses and educational programs. We've structured this to be straightforward because financial education is a significant investment.
Our refund approach balances fairness to students with the reality of delivering digital educational content. Once you access certain materials, we can't simply take that knowledge back. But we also recognize that sometimes circumstances change or a program isn't the right fit.

Eligibility Window
You have 14 days from your enrollment date to request a full refund. This cooling-off period aligns with German consumer protection standards and gives you time to explore initial course materials.
To qualify, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course content or downloaded proprietary budget templates and worksheets.
What's Not Covered
Refunds don't apply to promotional bundle purchases after 14 days, one-on-one consultation sessions already scheduled or completed, or third-party certification exam fees we've paid on your behalf.
If you've received a completion certificate for any module, that portion of your payment is non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
Between days 15 and 30, we may offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. This typically amounts to 50% of your enrollment fee, minus any materials you've accessed.
We evaluate these requests individually, considering factors like technical issues on our end or documented personal emergencies.
Special Circumstances
Medical emergencies, unexpected job loss, or relocation outside Germany may qualify for extended consideration beyond standard timelines.
We require supporting documentation and review each situation with genuine care for our students' wellbeing while maintaining program integrity.
How to Request Your Refund
Submit Written Request
Email help@fidecum.it.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, enrollment date, course name, and brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
Receive Acknowledgment
We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days. Our team reviews your course progress, access logs, and any downloaded materials to determine eligibility under this policy.
Decision Notification
You'll receive our decision within 5 business days. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected processing timeline. If denied, we'll explain the specific policy reasons.
Processing Period
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The funds return via your original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 3-5 days depending on your financial institution.
Common Refund Scenarios
Technical Access Issues
If you can't access course materials due to platform errors on our end and we can't resolve it within 72 hours, you qualify for a full refund regardless of enrollment date. We document these situations carefully and prioritize swift resolution.
Course Cancellations
If we cancel a scheduled course start date or discontinue a program before completion, all enrolled students receive automatic full refunds. You don't need to request this—we process these proactively within 5 business days of the cancellation announcement.
Duplicate Enrollments
Accidentally enrolled twice in the same course? Contact us immediately. We'll refund the duplicate charge in full once we verify the error. This happens more often than you'd think, especially during promotional periods.
Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company, we'll pause your refund request process until the dispute resolves. Chargebacks can complicate matters, so we strongly encourage working directly with our support team first.
